It's a lot of fun and very relaxing to get away to the north shore and escape some of the insanity of the holidays. Lighthouses are in abundance on the great lakes. I love taking pictures of them. Maybe it's partially the history & mystery of their pasts. Maybe it's the purpose of guiding and protecting ships from the unseen dangers and the symbolism of our need for that in life. Jetting out from rocky ledges and shores it lends to a sculptural effect. I also love the cool pastel colors that paint the wintery lake. It's so vast and majestic.
About Me

- River Falls, WI
- I love anything creative! I think it drives my husband nuts sometimes!! I inherited this from my grandmother. Only my grandma could pull off spray painting weeds gold! Anyway, after a lot of careful consideration I decided I wanted to concentrate on photography. I love capturing special moments and creative ways to preserve them. That is why I also offer albums and other custom products. It's a great way to tie everything together and have a wonderful keepsake.
